Paying for your purchases on LoongBuy
1. Linking Your Preferred Payment Method
Using Your PayPal Account
PayPal offers an extra layer of security by keeping your card details private from merchants.
- Log in to your LoongBuy account and navigate to "Payment Settings"
- Select "Add Payment Method"
- You will be redirected to PayPal's secure site to authorize the link. Log in to your PayPal account when prompted.
- Review the permissions and click "Agree & Connect"
- Once confirmed, you will return to LoongBuy. Your PayPal account is now ready for checkouts and balance recharges.
- Select "Add Payment Method"
Using a Credit or Debit Card
LoongBuy accepts major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) via secure payment gateways.
- In "Payment Settings", click "Add a Card".
- Carefully enter your card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.
- For added security, you may enable Save this card for future purchases.
- Click "Verify Card". A small temporary authorization hold might appear on your statement (it will be reversed).
- After successful verification, your card is securely tokenized and ready for use.
2. Safely Recharging Your LoongBuy Balance
Pre-loading your LoongBuy wallet allows for faster checkouts and easier budget management.
- Go to "My Balance""Wallet"
- Click "Recharge"
- Choose your linked PayPalCard
- Confirm the transaction. Funds are typically credited to your LoongBuy balance immediately.
- Your balance is safely stored and can be used for any future order on the platform.

3. Managing Refunds Efficiently
If a seller cancels your order, modifies it, or if you are eligible for a return, here’s how refunds work:
Refund to Your LoongBuy Balance
This is the fastest method. The refunded amount will be credited directly to your LoongBuy wallet.
- You can use it instantly for your next purchase.
- View the credit under "My Balance"
Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds to PayPal or your card may take longer, depending on the processor.
